We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow us to process your orders for 1-2 business days depending on peak seasons, and 2-4 days for the products to be delivered. We also offer a 1-day priority shipping at a cost. Tracking numbers will be updated after we process your order and items has been shipped. Yes we ship worldwide! Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your orders and 2 to 4 weeks via UPS at a cost depending on your order and location.
We offer a free shipping for orders $25 above, however, if you opt to purchase lower than $25, shipping will vary depending on the weight and location. We will provide you with the total amount upon checkout.
You must send us a message immediately if you have placed an order with incorrect shipping address. Once the shipping has been processed, we cannot modify your orders anymore.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged before shipping. We give you 7 days to send to back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product, we will refund the full payment. Please include all details (name and order number) on the return parcel. Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
You can cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order immediately within that same day of order. You must receive a confirmation email from us for every successful cancellation of order. No email confirmation means your cancellation is not confirmed.
Sorry about that! If you have received an incorrect item in your order, contact us immediately thru email or thru our social media pages and we will handle the issue immediately at our own cost.
If you haven’t received your package yet and the order status says “delivered” you may check first with your neighbors, just to make sure the carrier didn’t make a mistake. However, if you are really sure that the package is nowhere to be found, contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to assist you.
